We map who does what, on which channel, under which rules and exceptions. We write down what the automation decides on its own and when it hands off to a person. You approve it before a single line is written.

We design the conversation: the tone of the messages, the questions the bot asks, the path for each answer and the screens your team uses.

AI automation, asked and answered
How much does an AI automation project cost, and how soon is it ready?
Price and timeline depend on how many channels and systems are involved. An FAQ bot is a simpler project; an agent that checks the ERP and logs orders takes integration and more testing. That's why the quote comes with a plan, after you tell us what you want to automate.
What if the AI gives my customer a wrong answer?
It can happen, and we won't promise otherwise. The spec limits what the AI answers on its own and from which information; the rest goes to someone on your team, who can take over any conversation from the dashboard.
Do I have to replace the systems I already use?
No. The automation works on top of what you already have and connects to your systems through their APIs. If one of them can't be connected, you find out up front, in the spec.
Does it work on WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp is one of the channels we integrate, and our open source support platform also covers Telegram, email and webchat.
Once it's live, who looks after it?
We do. The server, the monitoring and the backups behind the automation are our job. When a rule changes or a new case comes up, you tell us and we adjust it.
